The owners of Maker made slight renovations to the old building to keep the building from closing. They also rented the basment level to a young bachelor in hopes of him bringing in the younger crowd. He used the basemnet to open up a new industrialize nightclub called the Down Under. The Down Under became a booming sensation, bring excitment back into the neighborhood.
