Hey guys, here's another base game starter home I have just finished building. I have only used the base game and debug items using the #bb.showhiddenobjects and #bb.showliveeditobjects cheats. This one doesn't have a roof, but it has a pretty spacious terrace which you can decorate as you wish and there's also a garden with a barbeque area and some plant pots.
