For the sim who knows the apocalypse is coming and wants to be prepared. This little sod house has everything you need for self-sufficiency, though it's a bit rough. All the basic skills are covered and nothing is actually uncomfortable; just a little bit bare. There's a basic kitchen garden started, along with a couple of flowers for simoleans.
