Mt. Komorebi tourist board had noticed that demand for their mountain climbing excursions had simmered. They knew they had to do something about it since their festival of lights just wasn't drawing the same crowd as it once had. So after many many meetings they decided to open up a mountaintop cabin to draw in more visitors.
