This is a good place to raise a #family. Play tested, #mother approved. If you don't wish to raise children, you can easily make the nursery into a study and the house will work well for a large group of sims. There is a gym in the basement and it has a large bathroom where you can take care of many sims at once. There is a mage living in the attic, but if you don't have that pack, then it doesn't matter. Most of these packs are used for decoration and not integral to the build.
