This is a rental house you can send your sims to. The rooms are very bare and old/cheap. I didn't put much in them because I didn't want the rental to cost too much per day (ended up being $785 per day I think). There are vending machnes from Snowy Escape to get food. You may need to modify it a bit if you don't have that pack since the rooms don't have a mini fridge or microwave. #nocc #motel #hotel #rental
