Roadside Motel
The Roadside Motel has 7 guest rooms, front office, manager's apartment, and a pool. This lot meets the requirements for a pool lot, I have it as a generic lot. Enable cheats/place in build mode. (+SHO). Play tested. The computer in the front office does not work on the "front desk" (not sure why, the chair works fine).
