12bed/12bath motel to house all of your tired Sims on their roadtrips. It's not luxurious by any means and some suspicious stains have to be overlooked, but a bed is a bed. No CC; T.O.O.L. is installed but wasn't used. Either way, the build is fine to download right off the gallery! Fun fact: when I finished building this monstrosity, it was priced at over 400k because there were about a hundred bathroom doors per room. Not sure how that happened. #motel #oasissprings
