Firstly: turn on: "bb.moveobjects" cheat before placing, also I did not use any cc or mods. :) Secondly, this is my build using Vixella's shell(2). It is a base game modern family home, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big open area on the first floor. I did heavy landscaping here, it was a lot of fun!
