THE STORY: For this house in my gameplay I have a rich landlord and a tenant living in this housing complex with two separate apartments. A one-room (+bathroom) apartment downstairs and the other apartment being quite spacious with two floors. Maybe the close living will spark a romace? ;) Anyway, the house can be made into one big family house with simple renovations.
