I built this for a different kind of #challenge for my sims. It is a #ragstoriches style challenge in which the sim needs to earn money from a skill rather than job and then has to pay $500 per item they wish to delete off the lot. To reclaim any land from the lake they need to pay $400 per 3x3 block. To build, either on land or on the #platform, first they need to pay a #building permit fee of $1500.
