Club Rubb
As portrayed in "The Sims Bustin' Out" (PS2/Console). Due to non-customizable lot sizes, I was only able to use a 50x40 lot size (located in Newcrest) in order to replacate the full width of the original lot and felt the need to add more with the extra space lengthwise.
