This #family colonial is my first build on the Sims 4! I did my best to keep the exterior of the house #basegame only. I also took some inspiration from #Gablesim, specifically for the back patio of the house. This house is #unfurnished, and there will be a furnished house on my profile later. I do have #mods installed, none were used on the house. Please have #moveobjects ON for this house!
