definitely too expensive for a 1 bedroom house, but... its pretty? I made a random sim and created his house/story, haha. he moved in with his grandparents and took care of them in their end days while living on their couch, then when they passed away he inherited the home and made it his own, keeping some of the old charm and adding his own personal touches, including many of the plants :) #newcrest #fernpark #1bedroom #2bathroom #1bed2bath
