My first attempt at copying a house from a real estate site. This is meant to be a starter home for multiple sims-2 or 3. It has one bdrm and a large bonus rm which can be used as a bdrm for multiple kids. It has 1 1/2 baths but room upstairs to make another full bath. It is intentionally furnished with only what comes with a new house in real life--lighting, plumbing, counters, and appliances.
