Uploaded my edit by request of friend. Currently in use for my personal playthrough. Private Butler quarters under the Sauna area and a large greenhouse garden that will cover the bills year round if cared for (upgrade sprinklers to avoid a mess). Basement has a lab, a private vet office and a Vampire sleeping area.
