This build was modeled after Eppich House II by Arthur Erickson It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 half baths. It's a huge mansion, so if you need time to get around, try out (clock._set_milliseconds_per_sim_second 50) it will give you more time to get around and get stuff done ;-) Most things were playtested!
