This is a modern/contemporary home for a family of four - two (or one) parents, a kid and a toddler. There is also room for one or two dogs. On the top floor, there is a small bathroom with a shower and a toliet, but there is a bathtub in the downstairs bathroom. There is also a sand pit in the backyard for the kids and a pool.
