I present a modern farmhouse built on Avarice Acres in Newcrest. I followed a floorplan and outside layout from houseplans.net. I think it turned out great, it is a little long but that is okay. This cozy house is very homey and features a lot of space for 6 sims. There are many activites and skill building items.
