Modern family house
I tried my best to make a modern build - i like how it turned out, although the window placement is a bit awkward. I used base game and eco lifestyle stuff, although the eco lifestyle can easily be replaced by base game items, except the alt energy items. It's not too decorated so that everyone can modify it as they please.
