Since I had a lot of truble finding a fitting shell for this lot I decided to give it a go myself! On the first floor I imagined there to be the common living areas in the one huge space (so seating area, dinging and kitchen), ofc the entry, and to the left I wanted there to be a creative room for my sim with an ensuite.
