Cozy, modern starter home perfect for a small family. I used pre-made rooms for this build and then added my own tweaks to them. Then, based on what shape the house ended up being I decided to give the exterior a modern twist. Can comfortably fit 4-5 sims depeding on age. Let me know what you guys think!
