A sleek, modern 3 story home for your sims. Built on a 30 x 30 lot, but I recommend placing it on a bigger lot for your own outdoor furnishings! (I didnt realize it'd turn out so big :p) With 3 furnished bedrooms there is a separate rec room and a kids play room, but this home is very easy to expand.
