Another modern+ecological build by me! I love combining modern structures and outlines with eco-living idea(l)s. This house features a grass roof that's probably home to some bees and lizards! With its broad skylights and the elongated roof, it'd be ideal for solar panels ;) The house is big enough for a family of five (or six, if you add a bed ;)) and lies a little bit off-the-grid for the sims who want to see nature, but not necessarily other sims :D #eco #ecoliving #modernbuild #builtforsemaj
