My first actually modern build, woohoo ! A base game only (+debug) modern home. I decorated it for a bunch of roommates. They each have their own bedroom, some will share a bathroom while some will have their private one. Large outside with a pool, spacious dining and living areas, two lounges, and an artist's studio on the rooftop !. I'll make another version of this house, more formal, less cluttered :) #basegame #modernbuild #roomates
