Welcome! This is a modern house for three or four sims. The three bedrooms are now furnished as a master bedroom, a teen bedroom and a guest room. But you can furnish them as you please. The main theme throughout this build is black and wood. The house has a lot of hang out areas, inside and outside. Outside on the back there's a big pool area with a bar and a firepit.
