*updated* This is an Update of my HF1. I added a gardentop and basement bedroom for a household couple.- This family wanted to sacrifice bedroom space for leisure room. They have 4 cozy bed "coves" with a full kitchen luxurious bathrooms, a full dining area, a home theatre, 3 study areas, and a workout room, in bright, mod colours.
