Really simple design, again for a sim in the cooking career (the sim I made this for is in mixology path). I left the back yard as to have the option to make a pool or add something that satisfies your sims needs. There is a tonne of extra space, so the study can be a bedroom, and the desk/bookshelves can be moved to the hall or downstairs if needed. Great if you have a family who is expecting to grow. It would look better if there was another floor though. #modern #eco #mixology #gardening
