I created a first home for my #notsoberry challenge #mint sim! I decided their first house would be a humble #starter in #brindletonbay in the boathouse lot. Obviously my mint berry sim will want to upgrade after getting some more cash flow, as materialstic sims always love upgrading! I thought this would be a good start to the legacy however and even included the element board and an unfurnished kids room specially colored for a rose berry sim!
