An orphanage/boarding school. There's classrooms for grades 1-8, a front office, an outdoor recreational area, a cafeteria, a library, some sitting areas, and several beds and baths. The girls dorms are on the second floor and the boys are on the 3rd, you can tell by the bathroom door labels.
