Important note: this is a #moo build that I haven't yet play-tested! I built it for my sims, really liked how it turned out, and decided to share it before really playing around with it, so it's possible some items may need to be moved/removed. This tiny home is a #tierthree #smallhome big enough for a young couple and some pets. Be sure to enable bb.moveobjects on before placing, and again, you may need to make some adjustments. #midnowhere
