This home started off as a lone watch tower that was inhabited by the servants of the wealthy Wolfe family on the island. As time went by and the servants kept invaders from attacking, the Wolfe's acknowledged their service and granted them the land - if they kept working the tower. Added on to over the years, it kept one family serving the Wolfe's at a time.
