My first attempt at a build, inspired by #lilsimsie. Officially, there are 3 bedrooms, but there is a small nursery attached to the master bedroom for babies and toddlers, as well as a playroom for the kids that can be upgraded into another room if needed. At 56,976 Smolians, this costs a little more than a typical starter home, but not by much.
