32 Tile Micro House which may not look amazing but sleeps up to 4 sims and includes a full kitchen, living room, desk space, dining table, and private bedroom. Fully playtested MOVE OBJECTS heavily used. No CC. Murphy bed can be down and sims can still access everything and move around. The semi private bath does not seem to be a problem to sims.
