My submission for the #lilsimsie spin the wheel build challenge. Criteria: 20x15 lot, $75k budget, #mid-century style, three sims, warm and cozy color scheme, #basegame only, #art studio. I envisioned this house for a child and her two dads, one of whom is an artist and the other is a writer.
