This is the cute Micro Mini, Ivy Cottage. 10x10 Landscape and 5x5 interior (kind of, as I built a slight bay window at the bottom!) This was built on the 20x20 lot on the island in Windenburg and I decided on the tutor theme to match the buildings surrounding it. This is perfect for a sim on their own.
