This is a micro build (using only 36 build tiles) that only uses base game and Get Together (only for the wardrobe and minor decorations). It as an Element theme using wood, stone, steel and glass with a nutral color scheme. This is an upgraded version of my Balance (Micro Starter). I liked the set up of that house so much I wanted to play with it without the price restriction. Everything in this house workes but there is some minor clipping with the wardrobe due to the split-level. #Micro
