For the record, I DO NOT BUILD SMALL BUILDS!!!! That being said, this frustrating thing took me several hours and I bulldozed it at least 4 times. HOWEVER I am pleased to present to you my very first #tier1 #microbuild. There are actually 2 separate apartments stacked on top of each other, for maximum comfort for two sims. Everything works, though you need #MOO for everything to place. 32/32 blocks used & there's even a nice spot for BBQs in good weather. #tinyliving #micro #tier1build
