This starter home is cozy and very fleshed out and has everything your Sim needs, includinga double bed, computer, TV, rooftop hangout, and side garden. Everything works except the outdoor fireplace, which is debug. However, you can save up to replace it. It shouldn't be too hard because this micro home has ridiculously low bills.
