Farmer Micro Starter
This is a micro home fit for one sim or a couple who plan on making a living out of their tiny land. It has a chicken coop, bee boxes, some land to plant giant crops and since I made this as a challenge for a sim of mine, I put some equipment to deal with the off the grid trait as well.
