I always thought that the Rattlesnake Juice Bar was a bit boring so I decided to make it into a mexican restaurant with some South American inspiration! The Sunset Cactus has a very warm and welcoming vibe to it with Latin music in the background. And of course, I still included a bar so that the memory of the old place is not forgotten.
