I'm making a whole mexican-inspired neighbourhood for my save. This is the second house out of 5. It suits 4 sims (2 adults, child, toddler, but the toddler bed in the lower bunk is easy to swap out for a normal bed) and a small pet (preferably dog, I didn't manage to put a litterbox anywhere).
