Designed for on the water play. One bedroom, one bathroom, two ladders. Carefully only have base game and Island Living, it well say Spa Day because of the bathtub and the functionality. Plenty of space to expand up or out. Deliberately did not decorate much so you can add your own (I tend to use other packs for decorations).
