I made this house for the "Creature Creation" Challenge! I created the perfect private home for two best friends: a merman & plant sim. There's ample gardening space and a sparkling waterfall pool. The house is fully furnished and functional - 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, laundry, skills building, kitchen, dining and living room. Everything is thoughtfully stylized so I highly recommend having the needed expansion packs.
