This lot is an #island sanctuary built with #mermaids in mind but works well for regular sims too. It features a huge multi-tiered #waterfall flowing down the mountain from a hot spring (hot tub) at the top. Everything is #offgrid compatible except for the hot tub. I #playtested and the only thing that doesn't work is the ladder but sims are still able to reach and use items on the platform. Comes with a few #perfectplants. Don't forget to turn #moveobjects on!
