It has 3 outside #pools, one being surounded by a variety of plants and one big indoor pool in which all mermaids can sleep together. Under the roof is the #laundry area because all the swimming makes a lot of laundry. If you would like this house to the be home for other sims simply add bedroom furniture anywhere you like.
