Unfurnished version. Located in Vila Agave this is my take on a spanish/mediterranean style house. I've always wanted to flip this lot and give Vila Agave a more "Villaesque look". It's perfect for a couple or a single sim. Fun fact: I'm spanish and this kind of houses are pretty unusual for us. They are usually located in the south of the peninsula.
