20 years ago something terrible happened and a lot of innocent people died. I just wanted to have a memorial in my game to remember all the people that lost their lives on that terrible day and after. This is a smaller Sims 4 version of the 9/11 Memorial. I really tried to use the least amount of packs. But to "replicate" the waterfall affect and light affect at night I really needed the items from 2 packs.
