Designed from the plans of a 1930s Sears and Roebuck Colonial kit house. Features five bedrooms and three baths, plus several upstairs decks and two sunrooms. The photo I worked from was very small so I couldn't see some of the descriptions, plus I removed all the closets. As close as I could make it.
