Cozy A-Frame
Micro home! 32 tiles exactly. Big enough for one, maybe two sims plus a large dog. Playtested and does work. There is a homemade bathtub out back under the tree to bathe the dog as one needs to. There is no sink in the kitchen, sims will clean up in the bathroom (they do anyway!).
